GEM Alignments are energy healing sessions under the modality of Guided Energy Medicine. Gem is a profound yet gentle type of shamanic energy healing that focuses on mental, emotional, physical & spiritual frequencies in the energetic body. It's known to help with stress, anxiety and emotional trauma. Some clients experiencing awakenings or shifts can gain guidance and direction from their higher-self about their path & purpose.
